How to use Music Streaming

Directly access your favourite music from the infotainment system of your vehicle without connecting your phone.

How to set up Music Streaming

1. In the Kia Connect app, link your Kia Connect app account and driver profile in the user profile settings on the Home screen.

2. Activate the Music Streaming service in the Kia Connect Store.

3. In the Kia Connect app, navigate to [Personal services] from the Home screen and click on [Music Streaming service].

4. Link your existing streaming account. Note that a subscription with an available content provider e.g. Amazon Music is required.

STEP 1

※ This service is an extension of your regular Kia Connect services and only needs to be activated via the Kia Connect store. ※ EV9 vehicle: The service is free of charge for the first 3 years counting from the warranty start date of your vehicle. ※ All vehicles equipped with the ccNC infotainment platform (except for EV9): the service is free of charge for one month from the activation date in the Kia Connect Store. ※ A subscription with an available content provider is required. ※ The content providers compatible with this Service may vary depending on your location and the software version of your Head Unit. Please see the information on your Head Unit for compatible providers in your country.
